Single Rail
Our new single rail design is more thrilling than ever. We've devolved a dual air launch system that can reach speeds of up to 60mph! The single rail is the most economic backyard coaster design by far. We are currently looking for interested buyers purchase a prototype.

Seats one rider per row. Riders are secured via seat belt or 5 point harness. Must include a piloting bogie (for train rigidity) in the front, can add as many rows as requested. Features load, side and upstop polyurethane wheels for smoothness.
Launch Details
The last row engages with a catch car (one on each side) that launches the train. The dual air launch system provides double acceleration power and functions as a redundant braking system should the car "rollback". Adjust the air pressure set the launch power!
Track Details
Our single rail track design is cheaper and easier to construct per foot than a standard wooden layout. Simply bend by hand the flat bar rail, set in place, and construct the steel or wood spine underneath.
Wooden Coaster
Our wooden coaster is designed for operation on a standard wooden track gauge that can be erected almost anywhere. Seats 2 riders per coach, depending on the track layout and profiling, more can be added. We can design the ride to articulate (left/right bends) or go completely in one direction and then be returned to a highpoint. Our wooden coaster bogies (wheel carriers) are designed with spring tensioning and polyurethane wheels to provide an incredibly smooth ride.

Construction Process
We provide rough plans and dimensions for the track design and allow the client to construct it themselves or hire a contractor. We provide consulting through this process and we ensure that the track is built to our safety standards. Our trains are 100% fabricated in house and delivered onsite.
